• At Hair Kandy Extensions, we want you to have complete satisfaction with your purchase. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days for all hair purchases, tools, and accessories. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, worn, or tampered products.

• We understand that sometimes color choices may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a team of knowledgeable educators ready to assist you in finding the perfect color match. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the process of replacing your existing order.

• Please keep in mind that all sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
