3. YOUR ORDER

Back-Order:
Popular items may temporarily be on back-order due to high demand. This means that they are currently out of stock but will be restocked soon. By ordering a back-ordered item, you secure your place in line to receive the new inventory as soon as it arrives.
Please note that any additional items you order along with the back ordered item will be held back. The back-ordered items will be shipped out automatically in the order of placement as soon as we receive them.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email (including a tracking number) once your back-ordered items have been shipped. There is no need to contact customer support or take any further action regarding the back-ordered item. We will handle it for you.
We will make an effort to provide an estimate of when back-ordered items are expected to ship, and this information will be posted on the website. However, please note that this is only an estimation and shipping dates are not guaranteed.
4. PRICE
All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank sets the exchange rate for international orders made with credit/debit cards. Refunds come from the original invoice amount. We aren’t responsible for exchange rate changes. Prices and offers are valid as advertised. The price shown when ordering will be honoured.
This website’s prices don’t include any international duties, taxes, or customs charges your package may face. Contact customs officials to learn about these charges, as they vary by country and aren’t covered by Hair Kandy Extensions Inc.
5. PAYMENT
For Goods and shipping, payment must be made while placing an order on this Website. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Visa, Master Card, Discover or AMEX debit or credit cards. The contract with Hair Kandy Extensions Inc finalizes and delivery starts only after payment clearance. If your card issuer declines payment, Hair Kandy Extensions Inc is not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
Secure online transactions via PayPal protect your credit card and banking details on this site. Hair Kandy Extensions Inc doesn’t store any credit card information on our Website or customer database.
6. DISCOUNT/COUPON
You can use only one discount or coupon per order. It cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Coupons are non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Hair Kandy Extensions Inc has the right to change or end a discount offer at any time.
7. DELIVERY
Before ordering, check the shipping and delivery guidelines HERE to select the best option for you. Hair Kandy Extensions Inc is not responsible for losses, damages, or penalties caused by delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, force majeure, acts of God, labour disputes, or fires). In such cases, the delivery date extends by the length of the delay. Hair Kandy Extensions Inc is not accountable for unregistered products sent to you. For registered mail, additional costs apply.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For our clients’ safety, opened items cannot be returned. Please note:
All tools, haircare products, clip and wrap ponytails, and wigs are FINAL SALE and unreturnable or unexchangeable. Only UNOPENED hair extension sets can be exchanged. To exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order, return the unopened product in its unaltered packaging with a copy of your invoice.

Follow these instructions for a successful return process:
To obtain a Return Authorization Number, contact Hair Kandy customer service. If unable to contact, write order number, name, and address on paper and include in return package. Include the TESTER portion of the hair extension set. Specify if you want an exchange or return. If exchanging and there is a price difference, an invoice will be sent via email. Return the free gift if doing a return, keep it if exchanging. For faster processing, return for a refund and re-order. Keep tracking number for confirmation of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Allow 4-6 business days to be notified by a representative.
Shipping cost for return or exchange:
You are accountable for all delivery expenses for returns and exchanges and we advise which you ship your alternate with a monitoring number as Hair Kandy Extensions Inc will now not be held answerable for misplaced returns.
Refunds for any return exclude the preliminary shipping value paid to deliver your bundle, that delivery fee is non-refundable.

9. CANCELLATION
Orders submitted cannot be cancelled. Typically, products ordered from this site are shipped out 24-48 hours from the time that the order was submitted.
